🌟 Staff Spotlight 🌟
Join us in congratulating Tammy Easley, who was recently recognized as First Community Bank’s Bus Driver of the Month! 🚍💛
Tammy began her career with Nettleton Public Schools 18 years ago, starting in the kitchen at UHE. For the past 7 years, she has served as a bus aide, and at the end of last year, she stepped into a new role driving one of our mini buses—a role she truly loves.
A proud Nettleton graduate from the Class of 1990, Tammy’s connection to the district runs deep. Both of her children graduated from Nettleton, and now her two grandchildren are current Nettleton students. As Tammy says, “Nettleton has been a big part of my life.”
When asked what she loves most about her job, Tammy shared:
“First off, my coworkers—even on my bad days they keep me going. And then of course the kids. When I see them in town and they run up and give me hugs, or just knowing they feel they can come to me and talk to me about things going on in their lives. And most of all, my boss, Mr. Rickey—he’s been the best.”
When asked what #RaiderPride means to her, Tammy said:
“Raider Pride is supporting each other and the joy of watching the kids grow.”
Congratulations, Tammy, and thank you for your dedication, heart, and continued service to our Nettleton family! 💛🖤
