🌟 Staff Spotlight: Jarian Borders 🌟

We're excited to shine a spotlight on Jarian Borders, who has dedicated the last seven years to our district as a bus driver. Jarian was recently honored as the First Community Bank Bus Driver of the Month—a well-deserved recognition! 🚍

But that's not all! Jarian also volunteers as a coach for our elementary and intermediate basketball teams, showing his commitment to positively impacting our students in and out of the classroom. 🏀

When asked what he loves most about his job, Jarian shared:  
"What I love most is seeing how much of a difference we make with each student, from grade school to high school. A small interaction with each of them leaves a lasting impression on someone they see and trust daily. The kids love to give me fist bumps, high-fives, hugs, artwork, and more. I pride myself on being relatable to each one. While it's impossible to reach every child individually, I take every opportunity to make each one feel special. Being in this role has also allowed me to build bonds with student-athletes as a coach, creating lasting relationships with my players."

For Jarian, #RaiderPride means:  
"Raider Pride is a community, a staple, and a culture that has grown with me and my family over the years. Being trusted as an extension of the district through transportation means a lot. We will forever be proud to be a Raider."
