🌟 Staff Spotlight: Crystal Sullivan! 🌟

Crystal has been a dedicated music educator for 21 years, with the past 11 at Nettleton. She currently serves as the music specialist at STEAM Elementary and is the founder and director of the Nettleton Raider Youth Orchestra, which includes students in grades 3-6 from across the district. Crystal also leads the Orchestra group at NJHS.

Recently, Crystal was honored as the 2024 Orchestra Clinician for the Arkansas Music Educators Association Elementary Orchestra, a well-deserved recognition of her exceptional skills and contributions.

To Crystal, #RaiderPride means being part of something meaningful, and her favorite part of teaching is witnessing that “spark of joy” in her students as they discover the beauty of music.
