February 2023

Wow!  We had a busy month in February!  We had lots of visitors in the building including guest speakers who spoke about dental health and Internet safety.  We also had friends from the radio station come and record first and second grade classes saying the Pledge of Allegiance to be broadcast on 104.9, The Fox!  Second grade went on a field trip to see Frozen, Jr. at the Foundation of Arts, and they performed their own music program, "Flakes," at the Nettleton Performing ... December 2022

Marshmallow, the elf, arrived and kept popping up all around the building!  Some of our students used the Dojo points they earned to eat lunch with Mr. Garrett!  We had lots of positive office referrals again and celebrated Raider of the Month students! Students across the building started participating in Flashlight Fridays, where they used flashlights to read a book or locate letters or words!  Thank you to the Nettleton Education Foundation for funding the grant that pa... November 2022

October 2022

We had a great month in October!  We showed that we have Raider Pride during Spirit Week and that we will be drug free during Red Ribbon Week!   We had dress-up days and pep ralleys for both of those weeks!  K-2 went on field trips to Rolling Oaks Farms!  We had a Penny War fundraiser that raised $467.53 for student activites such as the fall festival we also had in October!  We had almost 800 of our families and friends in attendance at Fall Fest as well as MANY...
