Ashlee Taber and Alyssa Willie - 2021 Arkansas Governor's School

NHS is proud to announce that Ashlee Taber and Alyssa Willie were notified of their acceptance earlier this month to the 2021 session of Arkansas Governor’s School. They were among over 600 Arkansas students to apply! Ashlee was accepted into the Natural Science area, and Alyssa was accepted into the area of Mathematics Congratulations to these students!

NHS Students Placed in NEA Regional Science Fair

Congratulations to these Nettleton High School students who placed in the NEA Regional Science Fair. The students placing first, second, and third are eligible to compete in the Arkansas State Science fair this weekend.  Good luck Raiders! #rpij

Thomas, Watson and Neal - Science Fair Winners


Shalea Thomas, Anthony Watson, Patrick Neal recently competed in the NEA Regional Science fair and won second place in the category of  Engineering: Electrical and Mechanical.

Cameron Holder - Science Fair Winner

Congratulations to Cameron Holder. His science fair project “Quantifying Carbon Dioxide Exchange of Soybeans” was chosen to win the soybean science challenge award for 2021 at the recent Northeast Arkansas Regional Science Fair. His project was judged as the most promising research that utilized practical science application and advanced technology to support soybean production for Arkansas farmers and the Agriculture industry. Here he is pictured with his soybean plants. Cameron also won first place in the Environmental category and second place overall.  As a result, he will be representing Nettleton at the Arkansas State Science Fair and the Regeneron International Science Fair later this spring.  #raiderpride #rpij

NHS Bowling Team SWEEP!

Congratulations to our Nettleton High School Bowling Teams who swept the team titles at the Chris Knight Memorial District High School Bowling Tournament. The Raiders won the 10 TEAM Boys Tourney with an overall total of 2,483 pins. The Girls won with an overall total of 1,630 pins. #raiderpride
